Date: January 20th, 2023 3:19 PM Author: Maniacal Yapping Sandwich Abode owned our house for 2 yrs in a neighborhood where everyone has their own mailboxes along the street, and had no idea wtf the flag on our mailbox was for. just learned this week that the flag is to signal to the mailman to pick up outgoing mail in the box. in the past i'd just put my outgoing mail in the box and they'd pick it up the next time i got mail.
is this common knowledge how these flags work? |
