I'm such a whimsically unsystematic thinker on these subjects (constantly surprising myself with rediscoveries, lmao) that it's hard to say too much from memory, but the ones that come to mind are:
Beach Boys
Beatles
The Blue Nile
(I love men btw)

Wow, just wow.
Sgt. Pepper is genuinely unskippable IMO.
Also the last one is a trick question because all Blue Nile songs and albums (including Paul Buchanan solo!) are unironically perfect - a level of earnest engagement that has never been seen before and will probably never be seen again: too ethereal for this world, and done by a posh British Boomer of all people!

It's very rare that any album gets made with zero skips.
But probably Led Zeppelin IV, The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Ride the Lightning.
OK Computer, Kid A, Currents, An Awesome Wave. In Rainbows for sure. Mastodon - Crack the Skye deserves to be on the list.
Some come really close. Three Cheers almost but there's 3-4 tracks that are unlistenable. The Bends has 2-3 songs that blow. So close.
Interestingly QotSA albums have an incredibly high floor and low ceiling. Very few 'hits' per record but they seemingly put a ton of effort into every track so if you like it at all you'll probably like all of it. SFTD and LTP have almost no skips if you like stoner rock but I can't put them on the list because they don't have enough songs that are universally transporting.
Californication comes very close too. I think if Stadium Arcadium was just the first disc it would be no skips but disc 2 completely blows. I will never understand bands whose impulse is to release a lot of material that's not great. Like Mellon Collie. Why did he stuff so many shite songs around some amazing ones? Idgi
There's probably more but I haven't listened to everything.

In Rainbows is 190 beyond belief, tyvmft, and I think King of Limbs is criminally underrated too
"but they seemingly put a ton of effort into every track so if you like it at all you'll probably like all of it"
Well said. Not really my usual style of music but love those guys and love J. Homme's long term mentor relationship with Alex Turner, unironic genius of his generation alongside J Casablancas
(and happy for J. Homme coming out okay on the other side of his BPD ex wife's shameless slings and arrows attempts on his honor - love his ability to never take himself seriously no matter what life throws his way over the years)

IIRC Anthony Gonzalez, gorgeous genX-millenial hybrid to give cowgod a run for his money, said that Mellon Collie is the album that changed his life forever and made him adamant that music was his only path, whether it meant success or not (he's obviously a trust funder and rightfully so, would be a patron of the arts for people like that any day)
