So I pulled him aside and gave him the “never fuckin do that again speech” and I ended it you’re a great lawyer but stfu, this is the last time I’ll even bring this up, let’s move on.
He goes and cries to other employees like a complete bitch and says he’s never gonna do good work for me and I don’t appreciate him etc.
I have a speech to everyone saying generally “no one is going to ever give a fuck about you or appreciate you more than you appreciate yourself. You do good work for yourself so you can one day get the fuck out of here and extract as much training and talent from this shithole so you can go out on your own and make real money.”
Most people in the room nodded their heads in agreement and he did too. Next day I get an email from HR and word is he’s playing the “Hispanic” card.
No wonder it’s easier than ever to fuck Gen Z girls. These “men” are pussies. Even the Tall ones. |
