You can entrust me with this position that quadruples my current salary.

Thank,

I went to bed way too early and got up and lifted. Will nap after church. I used to drink to regulate sleep, without drinking my sleep schedule is a complete disaster.

Yes. Regardless of drinking or not I am a horrible insomniac that lives off 4.5 hours of sleep.

It’s been a lot longer than that. I had similar issues the entire time last time I stopped drinking for 9 months or whatever it was.

Treat it like it’s a task for a client. In bed by 9:30. Read til 10. Lights out and just suffer until you fall asleep. Stay in bed til six. (Adjust hours as needed).

Don’t take any sleep aids except maybe valerian tea. Like any health improvement it will be hard and you won’t feel any results until suddenly things change after repeated consistent effort.

If I go to bed at 9:30 and fall asleep I wake up at 2am (this is basically what happened last night).

Stay in bed. You have to keep trying to sleep until 5:30.

It will change one day, maybe a few weeks from now. But when it does, it will be glorious.

Hang in there on the sleep - it’ll take 2-4 weeks to get healthy. That first night where you go to bed in five minutes and wake up fully rested eight hours later will make it all worth it. I’ve gone from drinking to healthy sleep a few times and honestly, sleeping well is better than being sober.

lol. The insomnia has been a thing since before I can remember. My mother would say I would not sleep much or consistently even as a little baby.
