Not too far off from the ideal sleep schedule of 830pm - 430am.

It will be easy as fuck once you start going to bed at 8pm every night.
And the key will be to keep your bedtime at no later than 9pm AT THE LATEST during your weeks off.
Consistent bed/wake times are the most underrated lifehack there is.

Even when not working.. it's normal when you work on a farm all day or equivalent ride a bicycle cross country, basically manual labor until sunset. Then you are ready for sleep. I am seeing a university job that's offering 8am-5pm 7on/14off, if I haggle them to 9am-5pm (so I could go for a swim before work) at the same pay it would still be 30% less than 4am-12pm. Tues 12am - 9am Wed 12am - 9am Thu 5pm - 2am Fri 11am - 8pm Sat 6am - 3pm
Back then, I liked it. I had Saturday and Sunday night off. After woke up on Wednesday, I had that night off. I even had Monday night off. But instead of going to bed, I went into work. The worst part was working three shifts in less than 48 hours, but overall the schedule was alright. |
