Idk I bought a $500K house (Dallas suburb) in August 2020 at 2.4%. It’s worth $650K now according to the faggy RE apps and doesn’t seem to be going up anymore.
Glad I snagged it when I did, but far from life changing. My parents bought a brownstone in Brooklyn in 1979 for $80,000.
