So I got a statement from him that he made it all up because he was wasted and have been waiting to get the case nol prossed and today I see I have a drunken voicemail and I call him and he is completely and belligerently blackout wasted and slurring his words and tells me that he’s called the DA and the police and the sheriff’s office and I’m like don’t talk to prosecutors you’ve been drinking and he’s like why don’t you drink a case of shut the fuck up I’ll kick your ass and we yelled at each other for 19 1/2 minutes (I’m billing for this) and then started hiccuping really bad and I hear some bottles clanging around and he told me to make the case go away and hung up (http://www.autoadmit.com/thread.php?thread_id=5725072&forum_id=2],#48931423) |

Just have a little recording that calls to the office are recorded before anyone answers assuming you are in a state that requires both parties to consent to the recording.
