Just sued an apartment complex for trying to keep a security deposit

Landlord withheld part of his deposit to replace the carpet. No mention of why. I’m guessing they do this to every tenant and it’s too much trouble for most people to fight it. But you get treble damages and attorneys fees so should be a fun case. And I might try to find other tenants to sign up.
