Date: June 18th, 2025 12:41 PM Author: Wonderful Corner Sound Barrier it gets like a b+ for that time period where the average was a d- for hollywood. i actually enjoyed watching most of it bc it was an original screenplay or whatever and i didnt know how it would end and the character development moves along. i get why people turn to this korean/asian stuff like squid game or parasite because its not written by "hollywood" types and doesnt have forced racial tensions or girl ninja bs in everything they produce like hollywood does. it got cartoonish about halfway through though. and ive noticed that all of these asian writers are capable of writing a script that makes their people look serious or respectable somehow for like 80% of the movie but then they cant just help but stuff in gay pokemon shit or whatever. for the first half every time i saw someone texting i was annoyed. so all around a decent recommendation.
