The EU also has major biohealth and pharm companies all over and they produce about as much as the US does in both materiel and patents Not sure why Vance has this hard-on for bashing Europe but it's there. The EU has the benefits available that they do from deliberate choices made re: domestic policy, tax policies, and a different view on the value of citizen QoL. |
