He made a music video where an actress dressed up like one of the sheriffs and performed graphic oral sex on another woman inter spliced with real footage of her, using her real name and calling her a lesbian. This is just insane targeted personal harassment. You can't do a mass harassment campaign against an individual, even if they serve the public, just because you are mad they served a warrant on false pretenses.
That being said Afroman was unfairly targeted and deserves justice as well. The cops in his district really are corrupt shitheads, but you still can't go to great lengths to publicly slander them as individuals. |

i think you're right about plaintiff victory with nominal damages or an afroman win. but if they do give plaintiffs a big award its gonna be difficult to appeal the merits. |
