Detective Bboooooooooom:
Premise: Boom is an eccentric, gifted, wheel-chairbound investigator whose unorthodox methods confuse both his peers and the criminals he’s chasing. Known for his mysterious background (possibly involving a doctor of "low-t" or testosterone therapy), he travels the counTTTry solving cases that no one else can crack, often with comical results.
Character Traits:
Boom is constantly behind on assignments, a running gag in the show. His superiors are always berating him to "get the work done," but somehow, through strange and borderline absurd tactics, Boom manages to solve the cases.
Despite his chaotic nature, Boom possesses a unique deductive ability—able to pick up on the tiniest details others miss.
He may have a strange habit of trolling people in real life, similar to how he does on AutoAdmit, making him both a genius detective and an unbearable colleague.
Absurdity vs. Genius: Boom’s methods are absurd on the surface, but his knack for solving crimes adds an intriguing layer to the show. Each case Boom cracks is accompanied by bizarre methods, from solving clues at Costco to staking out Golden Corral dessert bars.
Trolling Justice: Boom’s humor bleeds into his detective work. In one episode, he could troll the suspect into confessing, setting up situations as chaotic as his online poasts.
Dark, Deadpan Humor: Much like Boom’s online persona, the show could blend moments of dark humor, absurdity, and dry wit. His investigations always take unexpected, often comical turns—especially when paired with his questionable decision-making.
Notable Episodes:
The Costco Conspiracy: Boom cracks a case while essentially living in a Costco for weeks, confusing both the criminals and his fellow detectives.
Cooking With Bboooooooooom: Boom moonlights as a celebrity chef while undercover in a crime ring involving a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Pink Panther Tribute: The season finale involves Boom solving a case while humming the Pink Panther theme song—right before he gets shot in the face, only to survive by sheer luck.
Season Finale Twist: An Internal Affairs officer (probably Mind-boggling Flirting Corner Laser Beams) builds a case against Boom, suspecting him of being involved in organized crime due to his wild methods. Just as he’s about to take Boom down, Boom unravels the conspiracy—using a series of clues that were dismissed as "trolling" earlier in the season.
