If Newsom keeps his hands away from cap gains I could put a lot of $$ in qqq and just live off that in Malaysia or even Russia. The best I could get with parttime work is working about 60nights per year for about 360k. I don't think miami has a good future. A lot buildings have to do very expensive work every 10yeas and it has nothing to do with structure, they literally spend millions to redo the lobby or repaint the building because "old color is outdated".
