If I move abroad to territorial tax country in asia(i.e. vietnam or malaysia) and work for usa as 1099 making 300k, first 130k is fiei exclusion. Then if I can make 100k in business expenses, I only pay 24% income tax on 70k. If I marry a foreign national my tax bracket will be in fact lower and I can also give her a fake job and completely deduct it as long as she is foreign.
