How does COBRA work

Now with Obama care and policies can’t screen for pre existing conditions, I don’t get the point of cobra. |

COBRA is just the employer plan iirc but without the employer paying part of the premium. It has to be a better deal than what you can get on your own, right? |

You don’t need to use an “exchange”. You can just go to blue cross and buy a policy. |
