car accidents?

What is the level of concern here? What will you do? Do you think this will spread to other areas? If this passes, will you pivot to another practice? Are you already doing so?

he's going to Hell for all eternity. but also chandler has said the uber legislation doesn't impact him, only 1-2% of their cases are rideshare, so this would just hurt his competition

No the uber legislation is for all PI cases, it’d kill the industry

. It guarantees the client in their pocket 75% of all recovery, so medical bills attorneys fees costs etc have to be only 25% of the recovery. Personal injury would be immediately dead.

I thought it was limited to auto? It's for ALL personal injury? Even sex abuse stuff?

It’s just auto. But that’s 80% of cases I’d estimate.

We just had a $5 mil sex abuse settlement

I respect you and Chandler. I'm genuinely curious. I'm in an adjacent field that will be flooded by PI firms (who haven't already done what I'm doing). Even I'm nervous. You guys have a plan?

CSLG and I could still make millions off of lemon law and premises liability alone, but I’d just retire.
