Task 1: worked on a summary judgment motion to dismiss some insane due process and equal protection, etc. claims these retards brought against a municipality.
Task 2: went to court and got a default judgment against some deadbeats whose dog attacked my aunt.
Task 3: coordinated some filings with pro hac viced counsel.
Task 4: review associate bills. They are starting to earn their own keep.
Take 5: prepared for a summary judgment hearing for tomorrow to enforce a noncompete agreement. |
