1. Stringfellow Hawk finds out the bad guys are about to execute their nefarious plot using airplane/helicopter/hot air balloon
2. Teleport to the Air Wolf Mountain
3. Rotors start up
4. Cue music
5. Engage jets to mach 3 to bad guys
6. Find out that the "Copperhead" missiles don't work AGAIN
7. Prove that airwolf is bullet-proof again
8. Blast bad guy out of the sky at end of theme song.
I always wondered why they bothered with the "Copperheads". They NEVER fucking worked and they always tried them first.
But I guess it helped Stringfellow and Earnest Borgenine time the kill shot to the music.
Fun fact: the actor who played Stringfellow was a rapist. |
