if we look at strength as a major indicator of thriving of the human population, i think it's clear to most people that shorter guys tend to be stronger and, also, more powerful. there were those studies on grip strength recently. and decreases in general male population T levels while guys are getting taller.

Women fucking love tall men as has been documented amply. It's probably a subconscious symbol that your parents were intelligent and resourceful enough to provide you enough calories such that your growth was never harmed.
