A really hard to read guy. Only thing I can figure is that Musk's peace plan called for a case fire along current lines, while Russia has made it clear it wants the rest of the Donbas. Or maybe Musk just knows that Ukraine is a lot more popular than Russia and he's tired of being hated. |
