That seems to be the failure. Apparently for the laundry service there is supposed to be a double watch while the machines are running and there is speculation someone fucked up, then the fire suppression system underperformed.
What option do you take: 80iq sailors on a year long deployment fucking up or Iran deploying a technology that is novel compared to anything they've used thus far, and this new tech miraculously penetrating possibly the most heavily guarded airspace on the planet. |
