You'll get a place to live, food, healthcare, etc. In Scandinavia if you're a criminal they'll even reduce your fines. And if you're productive and high earning the opposite is true and you're treated like you're doing something wrong. Fines for any infractions increase in Scandinavia, taxes are massive and progressive. Totally fucked incentive structure.
