Department of Transportation proposing

notice of new rules on Sponsorship Program

(Newark) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation is proposing notice of proposed new rules at N.J.A.C. 16:42, Sponsorship Program. These rules allow for sponsorship of Department operational activities or other highway-related services or programs, in return for acknowledgment of that sponsorship.

The notice appears in the May 18, 2015 issue of the New Jersey Register. The public has until July 17, 2015 to comment on the proposal. Persons wishing to comment on the proposal must provide their comments in writing and may do so using any one of a variety of delivery options, including a new online comment form. Send comments to:
