Kevin Mann also known by the username KevinBusomJack and BusomJack can best be described as the alpha manlet and king of the Rape Face™. Prowling his way through various hair loss forums, Kevin quickly established himself as a mighty faggot, brandishing his "wisdom" about various anti-balding drugs (ask him about the conspiracy against finasteride,) women and their secret rape hunger, how teenagers make the best lays and most importantly, fitness advice.

We have been sued by Kevin Mann and need to physically mail in a response to the court.

This is going to be that response.

Here’s how it’s gonna go down.

Go ahead and type anything in this doc you want to be sent into the official court records as a “reply” and we’ll mail it in after pruning for spam / illegal things.

If enough funds were to be raised, I will personally take the time to ensure that a lawyer is in that courtoom so we can drag out this lolsuit by asking stupid questions and wasting absolutely everyone’s time.

After which the court will destroy the ED LLC, the company will be dissolved and Kevin Mann will win $6.66 as that’s all we’ll leave in our corporate bank account.

After which we will simply create a new LLC and pretend like nothing even happened.

We submit these counterpoints to the court for consideration.

Jurisdiction #5 - The accused activities could not have taken place in Nevada as the servers are not hosted there, therefore, it is out of jurisdiction.

Facts #13/#14 - The evidence posted on the website was in fact posted by the plaintiff. if they're not true, prove it.

Facts #15 - This is an assumption, not fact.

Facts #16 - Request evidence of damage/harm caused.

Cause of Action #20 - The posts were made by him and curated by ED. ED does not imply illegal activities, Mann admits them.

Conclusion -- It is not illegal to refer to someone as unprofessional or unethical. Considering the evidence curated by ED, these allegations are not inaccurate.

As well: Please define "mahogany sun god" and "manlet" and prove that Mann is not infatuated with or a "manlet."
