This seems to be the most anabolic diet I have found and makes you feel fantastic. Maybe two pounds of fruit is aggressive, pound, pound and a half, if you are not working out a lot. Complex carbs and vegetables are flame IMHO. Even if you don’t eat the healthiest meat or fruits, it’s good, and if you do it’s amazing. Like a couple cups of blueberries, a couple kiwis, and an apple, banana, and some mandarin oranges and a pound of boneless chicken breasts or thighs or pork tenderloin and a pound of beef rotating through various leaner cuts. Sub out shrimp, scallops, or fish on Fridays. If you want to bulk some, go skin on for chicken and fattier meats like pork loin and ribeye and eat salmon for the fish.
