This is the natural consequence of some identities being given a leg up. This is incredibly unfair to women who now can't escape the presumption that they're less talented and qualified than their male peers. And if she wasn't at fault and was an excellent pilot now her memory is tarnished and her family has to deal with a bunch of people criticism her while they're mourning.
And if she was underqualified and the crash was due to an error a qualified pilot would have avoided, now 9 people are dead.
Plenty of people wrote about baking prejudice into our systems would serve only to validate bigotry and prejudice back in the 90s when AA was being rolled out. And of course faggot libs just said those criticisms are rooted in bigotry and just wanting to foreclose opportunities from women and minorities.
