The lady 6'3"? It doesn't exist, since men don't objectify women in quite such a reductionist way. That aside, the horseshoes and handgrenades, good enough for government work answer used to be, "0.7"(whr)—even a blind man could see it!

But newer findings & analyses convincingly demonstrate that the single most important factor influencing normative female attractiveness is waist to stature ratio.

The ideal WSR for female attractiveness is still being determined, but it seems to be around 0.33.
So that's my answer: "point double three and a pair of double-D's"

That answer again: the lady six three is point three three and at least some double-D's.

Here it is, the lady creed. Everything that is under your control about looks and attractiveness, after you've mastered tricks like clothing and makeup, reduced to a single factor you can measure and (unlike men with height) influence.

I kind of love that someone has actually used a computer model to predict the waist circumference of anime girls in order to try to model the ideal female body

"you can't get slimmer past a certain point" — come on, that's not a realistic concern. That reminds me of how women commonly object to lifting light weights on grounds they'll instantly sprout into Ms. Olympia.

You can't get slimmer past some point. And grown tits at the same time

That should be about the ratio of an ionic column, around 9 diameters tall. The Ionic column is also traditionally seen as representing the female form in contrast to the masculine Doric.
