Some bitch was literally slicing potatoes for the fries in front of me. Whole potatoes skin and everything into the slicer into the fryer.
I used to think they were overrated but they actually have a “secret” menu.

so the differentiators are price, customer service, and the phenotypes that visit the place
that's why it veers from overrated to underrated, the food is nothing special but people expect it to be which leads to it being called overrated, the value and service is top-notch and people have it after a long time of having the other places and spending double and it's underrated again |
