Does this shit matter at all during OCI? Assume good grades from T10. I held down a decent or almost impressive (for my age and experience at the time) job where I was managing a team of people while I was in college for two and a half years, but after that until I started law school, I just bounced around between being a waiter at a country club, freelance writer, and legal secretary. I didn't stick with any of those jobs for more than four months.
Will this matter at all come OCI? Should I reach for pepper?

I'm pretty sure (though not positive) that the majority of kids in T10 law schools (maybe not HYS) are K - JD students.
Don't get me wrong, the amount that do have W/E is probably not negligible, but I wouldn't feel as if you are in a disadvantaged minority of students because you don't have 'solid' W/E (unless you shit out on grades).
Which brings me to my next observation, which is that W/E really only comes to play for the aforementioned reason above, and it also really only comes into play when it is actual, SOLID W/E. Professional W/E. Not fucking around in some random 10$/hr. job. That shit might as well not even be mentioned, from what I've gathered.
