It was two points--the first was trivial and probably not worth going after except for the lulz --might be a little mean spirited actually but what the hell.
The second one, which TSINAH actually invited, was on his bullshit about being an actual atty who tries cases to juries. That one was larger. The fact that he didn't play and that he tried an evasive answer (I ahve one on Thursday) would establish that he's full of shit.
At least that's the way these things go. Obviously it would be much better IRL.

How was that evasive? And for what feels like the thousandth time, YES I HAVE TRIED CASES, PLURAL, BEFORE JURIES. THAT MEANS MULTIPLE JURY TRIALS. Here, I'll even translate this poast into "simple english" so that a halfwit non-equity partner can understand:
How was that not straightforward? And for what feels like the thousandth time, Yes I have tried Cases[1], more than one, Before Juries[2]. That means multiple[3] Jury[4] Trials [5].
[1] Individual legal dispute involving litigation.
[2] Body of jurors sworn to reach a verdict according to the evidence in a Court.
[3] Made up of more than one, or specially of more than two, things or parts; being or to do with more than one, specially a great number.
[4] Body of jurors sworn to reach a verdict according to the evidence in a Court.
[5] Trials are generally held before judges and Juries. The form and length of a trial will depend on the track to which the case has been allocated.
