activists like "Tre Arrow" and "Julia Butterfly" climbing up trees to prevent them from being felled used to be part of the lib repertoire.
but then environmentalism was seen as being too close to population restrictionism and therefore anti-immigrationism, and libs executed the whole movement fairly quickly after the WTO riots in seattle.
