Their hits are decent and they've got one song (Chinese Sleep Chant, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgzg50JtQNo ) that is legitimately a great shoegaze song.
Speaking of Oasis, I have no idea why they are touring with Cage The Elephant. Talk about a crap band. |

Date: August 4th, 2025 3:49 PM Author: Pearl Boyish Sneaky Criminal Viva La Vida is such an underrated Coldplay album. Its from their era when they started to be a bit more cringey "pop friendly" but that particular album was different from anything else they have ever done and IMO very unique and decidedly not cringey. I loved it.
Also Cage the Elephant isn't bad live, I've seen them a couple times. |

I'm probably not going to go, and the idea of having to suffer through an opener I'm not excited for after waiting in line all fucking day (because if I do go I'm going to buy field tickets and get there early enough to be up close) is part of the reason. |
