Wife has 2-3 drinks most nights

She will have this alone or in front of me or when we r out w friends. Causes her to get real aggressive (anger etc). Causes her to want to eat like shit (nachos, fries, etc).
I've brought it up to her several times now and she won't stop. I think this is her way to deal w a rocky marriage. But it's not helping at all.

Alcohol ages you and makes you fat. Despite what you may think, you're also getting worse sleep while slightly buzzed, which further ages you and effects your mental acuity (even if you don't feel "hungover"). A bottle of wine a day might work for greek people who live on the beach and eat olives and omega-3 laden fish all day while working 25 hours per week, it's not working for a typical american professional.
This is coming from a guy who fell into that habit around thirty and is realizing how it's unsustainable. |

It's better for me at least to just let fucking loose 1-2 nights per week and be dry the rest, though i love beer. |
