1) Post thread announcing "TAKING NOMINATIONS FOR HOTTEST GIRL AT CLS"
2) Posters email names to moderator's address. Preferably pics too, but if moderator is from CLS then not necessary.
3) Moderator collects pics into collage, uploads to imageshack, etc.
4) Post thread announcing, "TAKING VOTES FOR HOTTEST GIRL AT CLS"
5) Collect votes.
6) Repeat for rest of T14.
This is not a bad idea. I'm wondering how we can control step #2. I would only like to collect votes from people at that particular school and also filter out spam and ballot-stuffing. |

This could be a very fun project to run after exams, but i'm a bit swamped to take it on now. |

There are so very few URM candidates at good schools with even decent grades so top firms will reach very, very far into the class to get them. One thing I noticed is that -every single- white student from Columbia is a Kent Scholar (somewhere in top 2%) or Stone Scholar (between 2%-30%) at Cravath, but none of the African American summer associates from CLS at Cravath were even Stone Scholars, from what I could tell. A lot of law firms will just dig deeper in to the class for URMs. |

As such, many of the people voted did so based on picturebook or among 3Ls they knew. Additionally, girls were able to vote for girls and they usually are not good judges. They also won't vote for girls who are hot but are considered bitches. Also, people must have stuffed the ballot boxes or certain groups of people vote disproportionately. The most critical studies reading group had a disproportionate number of people selected, including people who are not good looking.
NYU has much hotter girls than the ones were selected. Out of the ones who were selected about half deserved to be. BTW Zoe is quite hot, that is just a bad picture.
Jeena Shah, Liz Fasse, Ali Grodin, Alyssa Klapper, Sarah Blanton, Dan Leberman, Andy Klein, Jessica Swift, Melanie Grossman, and Mana Barari were all preferable to certain people on the list. |
