Marked down a letter grade for not using gender neutral language

Apparently, she marked me down by a full letter grade for not using "gender neutral" language, whatever that means. The grade I actually earned was very good, but the revised grade is below median. I was seriously about to punch this feminazi in the face. What should I do about it though? It's really fucking me over. They read your exam, put a tick mark on it every time you write something good, then total the number of marks on your exam. Then the exams are ranked by the number of marks, and grades assigned accordingly. Law school exams are not a place to look for "good writing." In fact, the exams with the highest grades in a class like torts or contracts will often be atrociously written because it is otherwise impossible to hit all the issues in the time allotted. This is not like your high school English class. The only room for bias is that you are often likely to rack up more points if you parrot the ideological views of your professor, as expressed in class. On this particular exam, points were not a problem. I had enough points for an A. However, the professor went outside the normal grading system and gave me a B. Some kind of fairness would indicate that if the politically-correct writers were after equality, the pronouns would use he and she about equally. They don't, and it should be very offensive to males, 50% of the law school population. This is why high school dykes like you should not argue with an actual law student about law school. I'm only wasting my time here because your stupidity needs a response.
Feminism and its associated ills (no-fault divorce, affirmative action in women's employment, etc.) created the situation whereby the things I mentioned happened. Feminism, directly AND indirectly, created the problem. YOu're just arguing semantics, because my facts are correct.
Next time, argue with someone at your own mental level...like maybe a 4th grader.

send the prof a complaint email clearly stating the gender issue ("i think you should revert my grade because use of 'non-gender-neutral language' should not be a basis for grading decisions"), then once the prof responds, send your email and her response to above the law. tons of negative publicity for the prof, and you can possibly use the public attention as leverage to get the dean to alter the grade. |

Generally when a feminazi does this, she will just mark down less points than the exam should have earned. I've seen this happen firsthand (things like me receiving one point for each of a tort's four elements, whereas my friend received one point total for listing the four elements. His points were systematically reduced that way). |
