In my experience both interviewing and hiring, it takes a lot longer to hear back on lateral callbacks. Often they will schedule interviews with multiple candidates and pick one and there aren't regular hiring committee meetings when it's not recruiting season so it can take some time for a hire to be signed off on.
Give it at least a month before you get nervous.
