With that short a time period, the main thing will be running a pretty strong caloric deficit (~500 each day) and doing a bunch of hard cardio, especially high incline walks and HIIT.

Honestly, if you really crank up the incline and do it for 30-45 minutes at a brisk walking pace, you'll burn a ton of calories.

That's about 1800 calories per day.

Eat nothing but protein and fat. Restrict your daily intake to 1600 calories. Lift every morning and do a 1000 calorie cardio workout every night (1hr of running will be around this). Dehydrate yourself on the last day or two for a few more pounds.

It's doable--wrestling bros can confirm this--but hellish and dangerous at your likely poor level of fitness.

Also swim. Your body is forced to burn more calories to maintain body temp (water conducts much more heat than air convects)

Take cool/cold showers, ice baths if you can handle it

Greetings,

"Drink ice water" is a laughable myth that has been debunked for years.

"According to Dr. Roger Clemens, who holds a Ph.D. in Public Health and serves as the associate director of regulatory science at USC's School of Pharmacy . . ., warming 1 cup of ice water to body temperature burns exactly 8 calories. Two sticks of gum contain 10 calories. According to Dr Clemens, a person would have to drink 435 cups of water a day to lose 1 lb."

p90x. not even joking bro. two problems though: it's fairly time-consuming/complex (but you can get by with just bands and weights) abd it's hard as shit for a beginner or anybody who is out of shape.

also, just do dat EC (ephedra/caffeine) stack in the morning afternoon and early evening to kill dat appetite.

i've lost about 8 lbs in 3 weeks and all i did was elliptical the first two weeks to get back in shape and p90s the first half of this week ofs.

YNY.

take 2 bronkaids and one caffeine pill for each dose.

take one dose in the morning after you wake up, one dose at noon and one dose at 4pm (at least six hours before you go to bed).

read pp. 39-42 of the PDF you find here for MOAR 180 info. then read the entire PDF. it's quite informative: http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&ved=0CHMQFjAC&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.files.failedmiserably.com%2Fdata%2Faironz%2FThe%2520Rapid%2520Fat%2520Loss%2520Handbook.pdf&ei=Fs7jT-6LIYLh0QHzjJHYCQ&usg=AFQjCNG8wGwXbFpGbzxFNfxojte-1GH2PA&sig2=a4p0LdGa2SooIcgzz_r1Rg

once you become more el1te, you can start doubling up doses like i do, ofs.

To put searchable labels on what everyone is saying:

Nutrition: STRICT paleo

Exercise: High Intensity Interval Training + Heavy Resistance Training

You may end up just doing recomposition into muscle, but honestly that will look a lot better than how you imagine your current self -15 lbs.

Yeah, +5 muscle and -8 to 10 fat is probably what one could expect here. But, NO WAY OP just picks up paleo and sees it through 2.5 weeks of ketosis while beasting in the gym. OP screams procrastination without any dedication. The first run through ketosis is not easy.

OP realistically just get OxyElite and stop filling up your plate you fat lazy piece of shit

15 is too much. and if you do actually lose 15, a lot of it will be water.

to maximize what you want to accomplish i would do the following:

1. aim for 2lbs of weight loss per week

2. cut your carbs and eat mostly protein with some fats. this will have the effect of being muscle sparing and will also flush excess water wight

3. lift heavy. this will be muscle sparing

4. do 30-60 mins of cardio every day

5. tan and shave excess body hair. you'll look leaner

I did this 15 lbs in a month thing once and I went to bed at 8pm every night and was a zombie idiot. I did a no carb diet that was so restrictive I couldn't even eat more than a 1/4 cup of green beans or something similar a day. What I lost found its way back to me within two months.

Never again. I think my brain actually slowed down.

I went from 210 to 185, then back to 200 (virtually all muscle) between 10/31/2010 and 12/15/2010 doing lean, low carb @ 1800-2100 calories/day 6 days/wk and heavy resistance + HIIT, doing ~ 180 g protein and meals timed to 1 hour before and after lifts. From there I have gone slow carb + test diet + resistance training from 4 Hour Body and am JACKED at 205 lbs. Before I blew out my shoulder skiing, I was at ~ 1050 lbs bench/dead/squat.

I told all my law classmates that the transformation was 12 x 12 squats @ 75% max. A few got hurt trying this.

Greetings,

there is NO way you did anything remotely close to adding 15 lbs of muscle in 45 days (oh wait, DROP 25 lbs and THEN add 15 lbs of muscle in 45 days lol just lol!). That's not physiologically possible.

No. I really did this. Was taking whey and jack3d w/ basketball and racquetball to go with workouts. Ate really nothing but egg whites, chicken, 1% turkey and leafy greens. 400-600 mg-ish sodium. I had been a high level athlete for most of my life and let myself go a bit in law school.

To be fair,

1. You don't get "jacked" playing racquetball, faggot.

2. Guys who go to law school and post on XO as pumos are almost never anything approaching "high level athletes", faggot.

3. You're a stupid faggot and in any event what you describe is literally a physiological impossibility, even for 99.999% of 'high level athletes'. You, law student and Autoadmit dweller, are most assuredly not in the Top .0001% of all human specimens.

4. You're a stupid faggot.

5. Faggot.

1. reading comp

2. no

3. sorry bro

4. thanks

5. thanks

EDIT: I don't know what to tell you man. This transformation disturbed most people I knew. I was accused of taking roids or being anorexic at different stages of it, which in hindsight was more of just a fast-fast-binge pace down to 180s, then binge-binge-fast up 10-15ish lbs with HIIT and heavy resistance placed appropriately around workouts. If you've read Tim Ferriss' stuff, I followed this almost to a T. If you offer a throwaway email, I can can find some before and afters.

To be fair,

I take it back congratulations on being a freak among freaks among freaks. Your body is literally next level and puts Olympic athletes to shame, and to be honest you should probably quit your job immediately and allow science to study you for both your own personal pecuniary enrichment and the betterman of humanity as a whole. I can personally assure you that your fellow XO denizers all believe your claims and are duly impressed with the unfathomable, nay unprecedented, physical feats that you self-report to us.

Yeah, no. In fact, if you're a high level athlete, your ability to gain muscle is actually diminished as opposed to an untrained individual. An untrained individual can gain between 1-1.5% of his body weight in muscle per month, and it goes down from there as your CNS adapts.

You fat, bro. How much you squattin'?

If that's true, then at most you should be gaining 0.5% of your BW in muscle. Even with a proper cycle, you wouldn't gain 15lb in that time period.

You asked me what I squat now, which is about 18 months after the time period with which you take issue. I have made significant strength gains since that period.

and then still, even if you were a newbie, you'd still only be able to tack on at most 3lb of muscle a month.

It's cool, brah, there's nothing wrong with getting some fat in the process, just don't call it muscle. I'm bulking 9 months out of every year.

To be fair,

So you lost 25 lbs of fat while simultaneously gaining ~15 lbs of pure muscle in the course of 1.5 months?

This post should be stickied forever at the top of the board and bumped whenever a bragging pumo acts shocked or butthurt that someone laughs at their bullshit and tells them to shut the fuck up because pumos are all faggots.
