Is there a polite way to ask to reconsider a dingfagging?

ARE Company was dingfagged out of contract for Deficiency A. However, the dingfaggers are unaware of Advantage B, which is significant.
What's the language to avoid sounding like we are calling them morons who've made a stupid mistake?
There is nothing to lose so I want to take a long shot.

if Advantage B is as amazing as you seem to suggest, the only credited response is to send a letter offering them an option to reconsider the deal--subject to a nominal fee increase for the misunderstanding--in light of Advantage B.
be sure to draw attention to the fact that this option is only being offered as a professional courtesy and that you're prepared to move forward on the same deal with one of their competitors.
