Is there a polite way to ask to reconsider a dingfagging?

What's the language to avoid sounding like we are calling them morons who've made a stupid mistake?

be sure to draw attention to the fact that this option is only being offered as a professional courtesy and that you're prepared to move forward on the same deal with one of their competitors. |
