It's not so much about getting to know PI doctors as it is getting to know everyone in the area involved in car accidents. When I was a paramedic in NY, I got to know most first responders in the area, which I imagine would've helped me substantially if I stayed & began practicing law up there.
I'm sure there are some plaintiff's bar organizations in the region that are decent.
My guess is that there aren't nearly as many lien doctors in FL due to our PI laws making car accidents far less lucrative than in other states.
