What are some CR 2ndary or tertiary NOWAG China cities?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Emei this place is a day trip from chengdu and very beautiful. there's another similar place nearby i went to but i forget the name, locals will be able to tell you
you can also go to the chengdu panda breeding center and play with some pandas. pretty sure it's the only place in the world where you can do that |

the chengdu area is known for its spicy food and a lot of stuff will have sichuan peppers https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sichuan_pepper these give you a funny numbing sensation in your mouth that you will either hate or love (if you like spicy food, you'll probably love it) |
