How important are geographic ties to the specific state / area for these courts? I've heard ties matter for fly-over district courts. Do these count as fly-over?

Also try targeting your apps to judges who attended your LS and UG, or with whom you share some other connection.
If you really want to clerk, consider applying for state appellate and MJ clerkships as well. |
