There are two reasons to go to Harvard. First, Stanford's reputation is based more on its faculty than its students, and the facilities are awful. (Think poured concrete that's not even plastered over.) Look at the quartile LSAT scores in USN&WR. Stanford would rank around Georgetown by ranking its students objectively.

Second, as you wanted to know, Stanford Law has way, way more jews than Harvard Law. (Proportion-wise.) Although the number in the undergraduate population is a lot better, in the law school you get exactly the effect you would imagine given the previous factor. Little jews come to Stanford Law because they're more likely to care about status.

Seriously, I have trouble understanding why your question (perhaps indelicately phrased) gets jews so excited. First off, we don't have assignments that require books from the library that are graded. Second, when it comes to information about tests or studying, etc, my jewish friends talk to me and share information without a problem.

My friend is a conservative jew, and she's always willing to talk to me about her religion and beliefs as well as school related things.

She's seriously not shady, but she is hard working and intelligent, (and thus she is very reliable to go and ask about class material and even job searching information)

FWIW: Most American Jews today come from backgrounds where their parents already did the legwork that required sneakiness if they lacked intelligence.
