Student code of conduct was likely breached and he can be removed. 1A protects right to say but not from consequences.

Student code of conduct must honor 1st amendment at a public university. If it breeches 1A, the code of conduct will be completely irrelevant. KSU IS AN EXTENSION OF THE GOVERNMENT. It has much stricter regulations to follow. This isn’t like most other “1A” cases.
