I think hamburgers are "slept on". But I love cheese too. It's a dilemma. Cause it feels like a cheeseburger is a hamburger with more pizazz. But maybe I'm wrong

The best hamburgers and cheeseburgers are minimalist creations that rely on the interplay between just a few ingredients. Too much of the time cheeseburger = whole bunch of fucking slop on top of a sub-par meat patty.

Applies to pizza too

Cheese pizza is a much more artisanal creation than ""meat-lovers"" which is just taste overstimulation for overstimulation's sake

i suspect that too many places use 90% ground beef, which is too dry. 85% is ok, but for a juicy burger that doesn't need cheese you should use 80%. and of course 80% plus cheese is fine too.

Hamburger is the potus of burgers. If you have a high-quality patty you want to taste the meat. Slathering the patty with a TTT slice of cheese need only be done if the patty is subpar. Reminds me of proles at Applebee’s who have to drown everything they eat in some disgusting dipping sauce.

they used to put actual cheese on the burgers which made it expensive enough that you would eat a hamburger most of the time, now they put this weird orange plastic shit on there that is not cheese and let you pretend

ur having a hamburger w plastic

not a cheeseburger
