You need a walking desk, bro. This shit will be standard in offices in ten years. Doing work while walking like 2 mph, won't get fat, won't develop back, heart, circulation problems, it's 180

doesn't matter how much you work, you have 30 minutes 3 times a week to run/lift or whatever, which is sufficient to at least not gain weight and maintain fitness.

this is false.

if i do no mental work, i can live like a pig (like sleep during the day, do random shit at night, eat garbage, etc), and not work out for two weekss, and not lose significant fitness level.

however, if i do exhausting mental work, i can work out 4 times a week for 1 to 2 hours each time, and still lose fitness level.

the amount of mental labour you do is the most important factor in determining your fitness level. it absolutely rapes your health.

it's true only when we're talking legit fatiguing mental work

but chances are in this case he's not doing that; instead he's just worn out from thinking too hard and dials the intensity way down in workouts - this is what i experience, which is why i leave work at 3pm to hit the gym instead of sticking around to 5 or later then going

I can certainly see this. If you are mentally drained, you do not have the mental capacity to put in a hard work out. Also, stress from work may have affect your diet depending on the person.
