came from a poor immigrant family, got like a 3.8+ GPA in ug, did shitty on the LSAT, just went straight to law school/never retook the LSAT because his parents pressured him into it |

When you add up all the people who leave the practice within 10 years and leave biglaw to go gov't, public interest, small-law, and mediocre in-house it's easily over half of t6 grads.
