Best Practice Areas for Opening New Firm?

Creating my own job for myself by opening my own firm.
Couple of questions:
(1) What are the best practice areas for this type of thing? (2) How do I avoid becoming MALPRACTICEPWND? (3) What would the start-up costs likely be? (4) Does anyone want to join up with me? |
