Going through the first day motions, getting two corporate credit cards, phone, etc. The best part was my secretary called me and asked me what I wanted for lunch, because the firm picks up lunch all the time, I can't wait to get so fat. I never had one of those biglaw summers, and I have only worked in midsize firms. It is weird starting your first day in a job you have been trying to get for the better part of the last five years, kind of humbling. Well see how I feel after I start getting dumped on with work.
