What are the use of funds? Following are the target opportunities that need immediate funding:
A. $150,000 to cover all legal costs to pay for Tier 1 Reg A offering that will allow our company to raise $50,000,000 to fund and invest in entertainment target opportunities: 8 film productions and 10 live music concert productions.
B. $550,000 to cover all costs ($150,000 legal fees) and ($400,000 to purchase the publicly traded shell company) of going public through reverse merger to reach the raise of $250,000,000 to $850,000,000. This will enable us to fund and invest in entertainment target opportunities: 48 film productions and 42 live music concert productions.
C. $75,000 to cover legal costs of self registration after Tier 1 Reg A offering (cost $45,000). Our company does an S-1 registration to make our company public which costs an additional ($30,000) in legal fees. This will enable our company to raise more money $200,000,000 as a publicly traded company to fund and invest in entertainment target opportunities: 48 film productions and 42 live music concert productions.
D. $3,500,000,000 to fund entertainment business plan to buy existing TV Networks, Cable TV networks, film production companies, telecommunications companies, video game production companies, and distribution companies
E. $120,000,000 to fund the 42 live music concert tour
F. $850,000,000 to fund the 48 film productions slate
G. $550,000,000 to fund the purchase of 22 mansions portfolio located in USA
H. $250,000,000 to fund independent music production companies and purchase 12 independent music production companies
I. $1,800,000 to pay old and present business debt
J. $7,000,000 to pay for accrued salaries, compensation packages and consulting fees
