I was interested to read this today in Politico:
But finding an outright majority will still be a high bar for Jordan to clear. Reps. MIKE ROGERS (R-Ala.) and JOHN RUTHERFORD (R-Fla.) say they’re firmly against Jordan, no matter what.

Why is this significant? Mike Rogers is chairman of the powerful House Armed Services committee, and thus in a position to pass Ukraine aid in his committee.

The fact that Rogers is openly in the "never Jim Jordan" camp greatly increases the chances that, even if Jordan ends up becoming speaker, Ukraine aid will still get passed via a discharge petition. You need actual legislation in committee to use the discharge petition, and Rogers being chairman means that he will presumably feel no compunctions about going against Jordan and passing Ukraine aid in his committee and bringing that bill to the floor over Jordan's objections via the discharge petition.
I'd note that Rogers is so unconcerned with appearances of loyalty to his party that he's openly asking Democrats to name their conditions on a compromise candidate:

I think it's safe to say that Rogers is Ukraine's best friend in Washington right now- he will likely ensure that they eventually get aid regardless of what happens with the Speaker vote.
